We always appreciate donations. Our thoughtful volunteers carefully handle your donated treasures with respect. However, we ask that you only donate items that are suitable for re-sale, are clean and not broken. Please drop off donations during store hours so that we ensure that the items are not damaged or pilfered if left outside.
PICK UP AND DELIVERY
We can help deliver furniture items purchased at the RAPS Thrift Stores. Delivery fees apply. Please call (604) 242-1825 or email karen@rapsbc.com for details. Curb side service only.
If you have large articles to donate and need them to be picked up, please call (604) 242-1825 or email karen@rapsbc.com. Pick-ups must be approved by the Store Manager and fees will apply. Curb side service only. The RAPS Delivery Driver has the right to refuse a donation if the item is dirty, damaged, or too large, etc.
Because we cannot repair items and have to pay for disposal, we are not able to accept:
- Mattresses
- Large appliances
- Old computers
- Non-functioning items
